This November 2009 Defence Procurement Process Review, undertaken by Aurecon, forms part of Defence Review 2009. The report addresses five principal areas of concerns relating to governance and the associated organisational structure across both organisations, Capability System Development, Capability System Acquisition, Capability System Management, financial management and other related issues.
