This publication provides Cabinet documents on Cabinet’s June 2018 consideration of the findings from Sir Brian Roche’s Review of Defence Procurement Policies and Practices for Major Capability Projects (the Procurement Review). It comprises:

• the Cabinet minute of decision: Review of Defence Procurement Policies and Practices for Major Capability Projects [GOV-18-MIN-0026]

• the Cabinet paper: Defence: Review of Defence Procurement Policies and Practices for Major Capability Projects [GOV-18-SUB-0026]

• the Terms of Reference for Review of Defence’s Procurement Policies and Practices.

The Procurement Review itself is referred to in the papers as Annex B but is not duplicated in this pack.
